Condiciones del Remate establecidas por el BSE

Medidas sanitarias: Se aconseja la utilización de tapabocas.
Se habilitará el acceso por Antonio Machado 1475 a partir de las 10.00 horas

1) Los bienes se rematan en el estado en que se encuentran, a la vista, a piso limpio y sin reclamo de especie alguna, encontrándose los mismos a disposición de los interesados para su revisación en el local de Luis Batlle Berres 8580 desde el 1/8/2022 al 5/8/2022 (inclusive) en el horario de 12 a 16 horas y la documentación estará disponible para su estudio en el Sector Notarial Autos (Bvar. Artigas 3821 2do. Piso) en el horario de 12 a 16 horas previa agenda web a la siguiente dirección:

2) El remate se realizará sin base y en dólares estadounidenses.

3) Los vehículos detallados se ofrecen con la siguiente documentación: los antecedentes dominiales (si los hubiera), el título a favor del BSE, el SOA (Seguro Obligatorio de Automóviles) vigente. Dichos restos recuperables y vehículos de hurto recuperados, se ofrecen con las placas de matrícula entregadas (depositadas) en la respectiva Intendencia, de lo cual se entregará el respectivo comprobante. Los costos del retiro de las matrículas serán de cargo del adquirente. Los vehículos serán adquiridos en la situación legal – documental, tributaria y municipal en que se encuentren, estando a disposición la documentación respectiva para su previo control y exonerando al BSE de cualquier reclamo. De surgir deuda por patente o reclamo por multas (ésta deuda es personal del infractor), los adquirientes dirigirán sus acciones ante la Intendencia y/o responsable y exoneran al BSE de cualquier responsabilidad o reclamo. Con los datos proporcionados en el listado de lotes, (matrícula, padrón y Departamento) podrán incluso antes del remate hacer la consulta pertinente ante la Intendencia que corresponda.

4) La entrega de los bienes adquiridos se coordinará luego del pago total del precio, excepto en los casos de vehículos con documentación, en los que, además, previamente se debe transferir la propiedad a favor del mejor postor. La compraventa deberá ser extendida en escritura pública y se podrá escriturar desde el lunes 8 de agosto hasta el viernes 19 de agosto del 2022 (inclusive) en el horario de 12:00 a 16 horas, 2º piso Sector Notarial, Bvar. Artigas 3821, previa agenda. Dichos costos son de cargo del mejor postor. El plazo para escriturar es improrrogable.

5) Los compradores deberán consignar, en el acto del remate, el 30% del valor del lote por concepto de seña, más el 18,3 % por concepto de comisión e impuestos correspondiente a los rematadores. TOTAL 48,3%.

Para los pagos de seña de montos inferiores a 1.000.000 UI (impuestos incluidos) se admitirá como medio de pago efectivo, cheque, letra de cambio o transferencia BROU – BROU

6) La seña del treinta por ciento (30%) se imputará al precio y el setenta por ciento (70%) restante del precio de la compra podrá abonarse desde el lunes 8 de agosto hasta el viernes 19 de agosto del 2022, entre las 12 y las 16 horas, en el Edificio de Reclamaciones Vehículos del BSE (Bvar. Artigas 3821 – Planta Baja) Sector Pagos. El plazo señalado es improrrogable y vencido el mismo, el mejor postor perderá todo derecho a la seña, comisión e impuestos pagados, así como a los lotes subastados.

7) Todos los gastos originados para la adquisición y el retiro de los lotes adquiridos serán de cuenta y cargo de los compradores.

8) Los derechos emanados de la compra son intransferibles, debiendo coincidir el adquirente en la boleta de seña, en la factura y en la documentación a suscribirse.

9) Luego de abonada la totalidad del precio y completado el trámite notarial (cuando éste corresponda) los vehículos adquiridos deben ser retirados del local de Luis Batlle Berres 8580, por el adquirente o su apoderado, a su costo, a partir del 10 de agosto de 2022. Para el retiro de los lotes se debe concluir la totalidad del procedimiento y concurrir para coordinar el retiro al Sector Visto Reparado (Edificio Reclamaciones Vehículos Bvar. Artigas 3821 – Sector Visto Reparado – Subsuelo) o llamando a dicho sector al 1998 opción 9 internos 2729 o 2742.-
